I𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲:
Immediate Request: Contact the AIMA office for a time extension. Explain your situation and the valid reasons for the delay in submitting the required documents.

Email Response:
Respond to the notification email as soon as possible.
Clearly state your request for an extension and provide reasons for the delay.
Attach any supporting documents that justify your need for more time.

Write a formal letter addressed to AIMA.

Send the letter via registered mail (Correio Registado) to ensure AIMA tracks and receives it.
Keep the receipt and tracking number for your records.
