Crown Segment Consultancy proudly took part in one of Portugal’s leading events focused on education and job opportunities, held on March 27th and 28th. The gathering attracted top academic institutions, HR leaders, government representatives, and key stakeholders to explore innovative pathways for education, employment, and social integration.

Strategic Engagements and New Partnerships

Led by Director Mr. D.S. Saini, the Crown Segment team conducted 23 high-level meetings with senior officials from renowned educational institutions across Portugal. These discussions resulted in the launch of two new partnership initiatives aimed at strengthening integration programs for Portugal’s immigrant community.

CPTI Expands with International Collaboration

As part of its international growth strategy, the Crown Professional Training Institute (CPTI) is preparing to introduce a new course in International Law, in partnership with a prestigious university in Greece. Set to be offered in Portugal, this program is designed to serve international residents, law students, and legal professionals seeking expertise in cross-border legal frameworks.

New Training Programs for Immigrants and Entrepreneurs

Crown Segment Consultancy and CPTI are actively developing specialized professional training programs tailored to the needs of immigrants and the business community. These programs will cover essential topics such as Portuguese language proficiency, legal rights, business setup, and employment pathways.

Launching Manpower Services for the Portuguese Job Market

In a strategic effort to support the country’s workforce, Crown Group is in the process of obtaining a manpower license (Alvará). This license will officially enable the group to operate within the recruitment sector, bridging the gap between skilled talent and rising labor demands across multiple industries in Portugal.

Building Opportunities and Strategic Networks

During the event, Mr. D.S. Saini engaged with CEOs, investors, and HR executives from leading Portuguese institutions, presenting collaborative initiatives aimed at empowering immigrant communities, fostering integration, and contributing to Portugal’s long-term development goals.
