Crown Portugal Highlights Legal Action for 40,000 Immigrants
Lisbon, Portugal – July 2025
Crown Portugal proudly participated in the prestigious Conference of Dialogues between Magistrates and Lawyers, held on 11 July 2025 at the Estoril Congress Centre. Representing the organisation, Director Dharmjit Singh Saini engaged with top legal minds, including Portugal’s Minister of Justice, Rita Alarcão Júdice, federal judges from the United States, and renowned legal professionals from leading firms such as PLMJ, Deloitte, Linklaters, and Cleary Gottlieb. The conference focused on new paradigms in collective action, private enforcement, and justice reforms affecting both national and international communities.
One of the major highlights was the discussion raised by Crown Portugal regarding the recent AIMA notifications, which affected over 40,000 integrated immigrants in Portugal. Mr. Saini emphasised the urgent need for collective justice, legal clarity, and humane treatment for those who have built their lives within Portuguese society. This event not only strengthened Crown Portugal’s legal advocacy network but also reaffirmed its commitment to immigrant rights, integration, and social equity in Portugal..

Collective Justice for 40,000 Integrated Immigrants
